Agreement to Terms

Welcome to HorizonFence Erie Fence Builders. By using our services or contacting us for fence installation, repair, or related work, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us.

Our Services

We provide fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Erie, CO and surrounding areas. Our services include wood fences, vinyl and PVC fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing. All services are subject to availability, proper permits, and weather conditions.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final costs may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes to the project scope. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Permits and Property Lines

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before we begin work. You must also verify property lines and ensure the fence location complies with local zoning laws and homeowners association rules. We can provide guidance, but the final responsibility rests with you.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor completed. Changes to the project scope may affect the timeline and cost.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and provide a warranty on our installation services. The specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our installation warranty.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed, pre-existing property damage, or issues caused by factors beyond our control such as severe weather.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be subject to binding arbitration in the state of Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
